Ordering Requirements

• Platform: All orders must be placed directly through the Odyssey platform.
• Minimum Purchase: A minimum purchase of 3 pieces or $50.00 is required for all orders.

Return and Exchange Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, please email Odyssey@Metroschooluniforms.com

• Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Reporting Claims: Any claims regarding damaged, defective, shortages, or incorrect items must be made within 5 days of receipt.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Clearance Items: All sales on clearance items are final; no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Embroidery & Screen Print: Items featuring custom embroidery or screen printing are eligible for exchange only.

Shipping Responsibilities

• Metro Error: If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost to you.
• Customer Error: If an incorrect size or item was ordered by the customer, all return shipping costs and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. You will be required to purchase your own return label.
