Issues every time I go in

It takes me over an hour to get to this store and every time I would go in they would never have what I needed in stock so I started placing online orders so I am not wasting my time going and not getting what I need. I have placed 3 online orders, I get an email saying it was ready for pickup, I go in the first time and order was not even started. Second time I go in got an email saying my order was ready, go in and it was not done because they said they did not have the items in stock. Then the last time, I get an email saying my order was ready. I go in and the woman says it is not ready takes about 10 mins to find it and it was missing an item had to fight with them for a refund and then upon getting home they had given me 2 items in the wrong size. Instead of refunding me for the items they do not have they just put any size they want in the bag. I would NEVER go to this store again if I had a choice this is the only store that has my daughter’s uniforms. But on top of it they are rude when I get annoyed that I have wasted my time and money to go there and having issues EVERY SINGLE time.
