the bow I received was damaged in my opinion -In the picture on the website site the plaid bow tie of the bow are all looped. The one I received looks like they may have run out of material and did a jagged cut because there is no loop and it is fraying as well. I was told that’s how all of them look - when I asked to send out a replacement or something similar%2F comparable I was told I can return it %28 assuming I would have to pay a restocking fee %29 with no answer in response on sending a different one that may not be frayed at the bottom. Pretty disappointed.
