    Poor customer service and slow fulfillment time

    The location was poorly ran and setup. The staff lacked customer service skills. The inside of the building was not clean and had a distasteful smell. A month past my order date I went to pick up my order and it still was not completed. The staff were confused and disorganized to the point they could not figure out what I ordered. They did not know where the beginning was or the end. The manager on duty was polite enough to figure out my order and that it had not even been addressed. She promptly took control and produced my sons uniforms in 15 short mins.
