Your sizing is very inconsistent. The fits vary wildly between the T-shirt, the hooded cardigan, and the sweatshirt—even though they are all the same size. The collars on my T-shirts developed holes after just two or three washes, and the sweatshirt is excessively large; only the hooded T-shirt actually fit me properly. This applies to the orders I placed for the 3rd grade.
I was sent the wrong order and I have not been able to get the issue rectified. Very unprofessional. It already took over a month for my order to come and now I am unable to use the uniforms
I ordered several items in June and received half my order in late July. The other half arrived mid-September. I ordered 6 weeks before school started to get items in time, which I still didn’t. Each time I contacted customer service they said they had no timing update on my order. I don’t plan to order school uniforms from Metro again.

The worse place. Ordered beginning of August 2026 still today September 20th we have not received the blazer. Nobody answers the phone calls and the emails this is ridiculous. I hope the school changes company because this is unacceptable.
The quality of the product is great, however it's is a credit for French Toast the brand of the clothes. The print is neat so I can give a 4 starts for the work, but unfortunately the service counts too much for my experience score, and delivery, communication was terrible.

Kipp logo wears off very easily for kids uniforms, not washer friendly, dry on low heat clothes will shrink
The school logo was an iron on patch and all 3 shirts arrived with the logo partially peeled off. The logo is supposed to be embroidered directly onto the shirts. The delivery was delayed and arrived after the school year started. I had yo order additional shirts because of the delay and the peeling school logo .
