Your satisfaction with our products is important to us.
Metro School Uniforms will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for qualifying items. Qualifying items include all clothing, excluding underclothing, and the item must also be unworn and unwashed, with any tags intact.
To return your item for a refund of the item's price (shipping charges are not refundable), just mail it back to us at:Metro School Uniforms
Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund of the item price to the credit card you used to make your online purchase within 10 business days.
In-Store Pickup Orders
For items bought online to be picked up in store, Metro School Uniforms will accept returns within 30 days of notification that the order is ready for pickup. After 30 days, only exchanges will be accepted.
Orders not picked up after 30 days will be returned to stock. Customer will receive store credit for their purchase in the form of a gift card.
Please Note: If you have taken advantage of one of our BOGO promotions, you will have to return all items to get a full refund, even if one of the items was "free" with your purchase. If you choose to keep your "free" item, the full purchase price of that item will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
